Yes! You will receive a fully design album with more spreads than you originally ordered. You will have two rounds of changes we can make to this design. Additional edits are $50 each. The album proofing can be done online in an easy system for comments and approval of each spread.

Through most of the year, we average a 7 business day turnaround on albums and a 2-4 week turnaround on all other products. Due to the handmade nature of our work, it is possible to see longer turnaround times. For the most up-to-date and accurate turnaround time estimates, unique to each product, please see the Current Average Production Time listed at the top of each order form.

The holidays and winter months are the busiest time of year, and this seasonal demand impacts our turnaround times. Starting December 1, our holiday production schedule goes into effect.

Q- What is the Turnaround & Shipping?

We are mindful of our environment and always do our best to minimize waste within our production. We have some internal practices in place that allow us to recycle and reuse materials in-house. Additionally, we put a lot of care into our manufacturing process in terms of pollutants. We use acid-free materials and we've chosen to avoid many common bookbinding processes that can harm the environment through emissions.

Q- Do you care about the environment?

Choose from two styles of debossing in 4 diferent finishes (the finishes are blind, gold, rose gold and silver).

Blind Debossing. No color is added to the impression. Note: the impression can sometimes appear darker than the rest of the cover (most common with our Luxe Leathers).  Foil Debossing. Color is added to the impression using silver, gold, or rose gold foil. Foil is available on Classic Linens, Luxe Linens, Luxe Leathers, Classic Leathers, and Vegan Suedes.

Standard Debossing :Choose from one of our 14 standard fonts and simply provide us your exact text. Up to 2 lines of text can be debossed. When placing your order, type exactly what you want us to deboss – we can accommodate all caps, all lowercase, or a combination of the two.

Debossing Collection : Choose from one of our 16 semi-custom designs. Design options include script fonts, bold fonts, and various unique design elements.  Unlike Standard Debossing, which is case sensitive, Debossing Collection designs will appear exactly as the designs are presented (all caps, all lowercase, etc.). To request a special accommodation regarding case sensitivity, or a change to any design, please leave a special note in your order.

Q- What are the debossing options?

From the manufactures "Our products are designed to last a lifetime. If they don't, let us know and we'll take care of it. Workmanship is covered 100% – this means anything involving the construction of the product. If a product gets damaged by mishandling, we'll still try our best to help. Often, we can repair and replace products at a special rate if your client damages it."
