Osprey Point also has amenities for the days preceding your wedding, with a restaurant and bar featuring American cuisine, the restaurant’s reputation is not only one of the best but also a romantic spot in Kent County. Dinner reservations are required, so check before you go.
The restaurant offers a patio overlooking the pond, window views of the marina in the main dining room, and a seasonal fireplace for an extra romantic atmosphere in the colder months. They have a selection of fine wines, a small bar, and homemade desserts.
Whether you’re having a ceremony by the lawn or at the gazebo, you get beautiful waterfront views pretty much everywhere on the property, the dock at sunset is a favorite spot, where you can showcase the atmosphere of Osprey Point. But it doesn’t stop there, the front of the Inn makes a beautiful, colonial, and timeless backdrop for your wedding photos, with its beautiful landscape. If you like a more rustic look to your wedding the barn is also a great option for photos, where you can spread a bit more and have the grounds surround you.
The Farmhouse also offers clean and neutral interiors for your getting-ready photos as you can see in our groom, Andrew’s getting-ready photos. For the Bride, we had the Escapade, with an adjoining sitting area where Kay was able to get her hair and makeup done while I photographed her beautiful details in the adjoining suite. And you guessed it, we have waterfront views too!
