Grey Rock Mansion

400 Grey Rock Road, Pikesville, Maryland 21208

Grey Rock Mansion wedding venue goes out of its way to ensure your Baltimore wedding day is positively seamless. The manor was built in 1858 and rests on top of the original estate of Colonel John Eager Howard, one of the founders of the state. The estate offers lush gardens and a quiet gazebo where you can host your wedding. The interior offers large ballrooms with high ceilings, crown molding, and brass chandeliers. The venue can accommodate up to 230 guests. Basic estate rental includes the use of the bridal suite and the groom’s room, as well as tables and chairs for your event. They have a preferred vendor list for their catering. 

Gramercy Mansion

1400 Greenspring Valley Road, Stevenson, Maryland 21153

Gramercy Mansion is a Tudor-style Baltimore mansion that was built in 1902. This estate rests on over 40 acres and gives you a number of different spots for your wedding. The gardens are rich in color and contain endless photo opportunities, including inside their marble gazebo. There’s an adjoining terrace where you can have your cocktail hour. The interior features a rounded atrium with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gardens. The mansion uses preferred caterers and offers lodging options. With your rental, you will have exclusive access to both the house and the gardens.

Historic Oakland

5430 Vantage Point Road, Columbia, Maryland 21044

Historic Oakland is a property that was built in 1811 as a country home for Charles Sterrett Ridgely while he was working as a Speaker of the House of Delegates. While the home was originally built in the federal style, later additions added a variety of influences to the structure. Nonetheless, the home remains an impressive and cohesive space for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. You will have room for up to 180 people in this venue. The exterior features both secluded gardens and a covered tent, while the interior has a large ballroom. They allow you to use your own caterers for your meal. 

The Historic Clifton Mansion

2701 Saint Lo Drive, Baltimore, Maryland 21213

The Historic Clifton Mansion has been recognized as one of the coolest wedding venues in Baltimore. The Spanish-style estate has a wrap-around covered porch with intricate arches and ornate details. Many couples choose to host their wedding in front of the house and use the entryway as their arbor. Following your wedding, you can use the front porch as a bar for your outdoor cocktail hour. The interior of the home is a common place for receptions. This light lavender room features bay windows, white ornate arches, and decorative accents. There are also plenty of intimate spaces for your couples’ portraits.

The Mansion at Valley Country Club

1512 Jeffers Road, Towson, Maryland 21294

The Mansion at Valley Country Club provides you with both indoor and outdoor spaces for your wedding and reception. The Georgian mansion features a ballroom with over 3,000 square feet. The ceilings of this space are draped with white curtains, and the venue can provide you with customized lighting. The estate also features exterior gardens where you can exchange vows. The venue is one of the best around when it comes to amenities. You’ll have a four-hour open bar, a complimentary champagne toast, and a catering menu you can customize. 

Overhills Mansion

916 S. Rolling Road, Catonsville, Maryland 21228

Overhills Mansion is a historic Baltimore estate that has been a consistent favorite for thousands of weddings. Here Comes the Guide has recognized it as a Best Historic Venue. The exterior of the house features large white columns that span two stories. The exterior features a meditation garden and an event tent, while the interior features a ballroom with intricate wooden details and a marble fireplace. The event team is one of the best in the business! They will work with you to craft your perfect menu and make sure you have everything you need for a seamless day.

Engineering Society of Baltimore

11 West Vernon Place, Baltimore, Maryland 21201

The Engineering Society of Baltimore rents out the Garrett-Jacobs Mansion for events unlike any other. This truly stunning space is rich with detail, offering everything from moody and dark rooms to bright spaces full of natural light. There is also an atrium with a landing where your guests can eat supper before heading downstairs for an evening full of dancing. The venue can accommodate up to 250 guests. They will handle all of the catering and give you additional wedding package options, including setup and cleanup. 

Belmont Manor

6555 Belmont Woods Road, Elkridge, Maryland 21075

Belmont Manor is located in the midst of a park and gives you endless options for your wedding day. The manor was built in 1738 and features meticulously kept gardens and grand indoor spaces for your wedding day. The exterior of the house is a delicate yellow with deep blue shutters. The back of the house offers a brick deck with a paved path leading into the gardens. You can easily use this path as an aisle for your ceremony. They have an event tent for outdoor receptions and will give you a list of approved caterers.
